Select either "Username/Password" or "ID Number"
a. Login using your LVUSD credentials (email address for username; email password for password)
b. Login using your 6-digit PIN number provided via email.
If you sent a print, you will see a window with all your print jobs
Either select "Print All" at the bottom, or choose individual print jobs and select "Print" or "Delete" in the lower-right
A window showing your username with a notice will appear; just tap "Next"
Change settings from the menus on the main Copy screen, then hit the Start button under the keypad to begin copying
From the menu page, select your options on the right, then select "Send to Myself" or "New Destination"
After pressing "New Destination", select "E-Mail"
If prompted for "SMTP Server" credentials, simply enter your LVUSD email address and password, check "Store Password", and press "OK"
On the final screen, you can change settings again and change which pages to send before tapping "Start Sending"
Select "STANDARDS BASED REPORT CARDS"
a. For final report cards only, click "Print Teacher Signature Line"
b. For one student, click "Print For One Student", type in the student's last name, then click on name to highlight
c. Make sure the appropriate marks are checked (M1/M2/M3)
Visit Papercut Client Setup to download the software needed to setup printing.
Once the file downloads, click to run it from your browser downloads list.
Allow the program to run if prompted by pressing 'Yes'
Hit 'OK' and 'Next' through the prompts
Select 'I Agree' when asked and continue
Choose the printers you would like to add to your computer and hit 'Next'
Enter your LVUSD credentials and hit 'Next' (For Username use only the first part of your email address)
Hit 'Finish' once the process completes
Download the Copier Installer PKG here
Double-click to run the installer and hit "Continue"
Hit "Install" to start the installation
Enter your computer password when prompted
Close the window when the install completes
When printing for the first time, enter your LVUSD credentials when prompted
If the user prompt does not appear or printing isn't working, do the following:
a. Open the print queue of the copier you are working with
b. Click the small "Retry" button on the very right
